How to clear IE trail?

Well ive done everything from clearing cookies to running ccleaner to smacking my computer. I can't figure out how to get rid of these trails. Whenever i got to type something like in the computer forum log in it comes up with my log in name, but when i go to like google it will come up with my whole search list from there. Does anyone know how to get rid of this?

Go to: Tools >> Internet Options >> Content >> AutoComplete >> Click "Clear Forms" >> Then hit OK.

If you want IE to stop saving things you enter into form fields, untick all of the check boxes above the clear forms button.
