How to completely remove itunes and all data and re download ?

Hi everyone, my itunes is really messed up, all my music and my brother's music has mixed together in our libary and it's all gone wrong..

My other brother needs to plug his iPad 3 into this laptop to update it as his iPad keeps shutting down every 2 minutes (but the problem is, his media will all be messed up too if he does this) is there anyway I can completely remove iTunes and all data etc from this laptop, and re download like I did when I first downloaded iTunes?

I would uninstall it from the control panel, remove the iTunes folder from /<user>/Music, and from Program Files.

thank you I will give this a try I've looked at google and cannot find anything that says how too and been planning on doing this for ages, thanks
