how to connect router

Can anyone tell me how to connect a router so i can receive internet on other computers in my house. Do i need to install anything in my other computers to receive internet from the main computer where the wireless router is? Thanks
 
plug the phone line to the modem, the modem to the router.. and the port 1 to comuter 1, and prot 2 to computer 2.

BUT if your NEW router doesnt have wireless and you ALSO want to use your old one... Do the above, but plug the wireless router into port 1 or the uplink port (if available), and the computers in the rest.
