How to connect Usb Hub COMBO to existing wifi

Hello,

I am new to this forum

I have bought a USB Hub COMBO from e bay. It is a card reader ,usb Hub and wifi hub. When it is on , it is recognized my computer as one of the wifi router, name shown as cloud wifi_311A. But when connected to it , there is no internet access to my computer as my primary internet router D-Link is automatically disconnected from my computer. The user manual provided by the company is not clear about to what to do. When I connect to my mobile also the same problem. I did a mistake by buying a product which has no internet web pagee or support available. I just asking help if any body can solve my problem that is how I can connect to both wireless simultaneously

Do you have a link to the item you bought still? I think it might be as simple as disconnecting your wireless connection from the hub - using windows network manager, or whatever your wireless card uses to manage what it's connected to - and reconnecting to your router. But it's hard to say.
