I have Adobe Photoshop CS2 on my Dell desktop and I would like to transfer a copy to my HP laptop. I have the original CDs for Photoshop CS, but I downloaded an upgrade to CS2. I don't want to pay for another download to my laptop just to upgrade the original CS CDs. Is there anyway jut to transfer this upgraded program from my desktop to the laptop? I know that PCLINK can move the program, but I want to copy it only. Thanks for any help.

Yupp, thats an illegal stuff. U haven't read the terms of conditions during the installation, which u accept in order to install the program. I can mention that for you. It states that the software is intended to be installed on a single computer only,. Even if u own multiple computers, u have to buy a separate copy for each machine. U can use the software on other machine only when u complete erase the software from the system, it was previously installed on it.

By the way, if u aren't much of a graphical artist, u should be able to do most of the thing with the photoshop CS. So leave CS2 on the desktop and use CS on laptop.

Is this a licensing issue and just the way Adobe uses their TOS? I'm sure this isn't true for all software otherwise I could be in trouble :P
