How to copy data through citrix...!

Hi,

I need to copy some files from work but we work through Citrix which makes it difficult (it's all legit as it's my own work!). My employer has recentl encrypted all laptops which seems to have disabled the use of CD drives and USB ports for security reasons meaning I seemingly can't burn or save data to a USB stick.

Does anyone know of any other way I can save data from my work drives to get it home??

Any help gratefully appreciated!

unfotunately not, no...just through citrix. This means as far as I can tell I have no way of copying my files from work to get them home, other than emailing them, which could get quite time consuming!
 
I would check with your employer. It sounds like they don't want to you take off. Most companies, even though it's your work, under the agreements you sign it becomes their intellectual property.

With that in mind you could see what type of power they give you and try setting up an FTP server.
