How to create a PDF file?

Hi

I have got a scanned document - four JPEG files in total - and want to convert it to PDF.

How do I go about it? Will I need to purchase the premium version of Adobe Acrobat Reader to be able to do that?

I am at work, and I am able to make PDF's with anything. If you need it done email me the jpeg's and I'll pdf them.
Also if you email me, do you want them as one file, or four files?
