How to define shortcuts/abbreviations?

I am working at a project where I have to repeat what I'm writing.

Instead of repeatedly writing a whole paragraph made of few sentences, I want to define that paragraph with a word like ^paragraph001^ and when I write it, it should be directly replaced. Maybe I want to create my own dictionary. I define a word with a sentence and when I use the word it is directly replaced.

Or, maybe I can make a combination of keys? When I press Ctrl + Alt + Q it gives me the paragraph1, Crtl + Alt + W give me paragraph2.

I am writing all the stuff in a web page text box. I am not the administrator so I cannot integrate anything in the website.

How to do?

How about an extension in Chrome that allows you to paste preconfigured phrases with a right-click or something? I use one in Firefox called BBCode that's designed for use in forums.

Perhaps you could use one of the dictionary add-ons to do it.

Thank you very much! It really works with right click!
I wish I had found the shortcuts to directly use the preconfigs.

Thank you very much once again!
