How to delete these folders?

I have these Dz, i386, amd and update folders that won't delete. They're on an auxiliary drive, not sure how they got there. Apparently it's related to a Windows update and they never got auto deleted.

Unlocker just moved them to the recycle bin and when I try to delete them from there it just creates new folders.

How do you get rid of these?

Running XP Pro SP3

Thanks.

The most simple way for this would be to load Linux Ubuntu from CD directly and then just delete them from there. On that way Windows is shut down so it should not be a problem.

Gave it a try - it worked. Thanks! Had to go into the recycler for each drive. Never fooled with Ubuntu before.

It seems there should be a way to do it from inside Windows.
