How to DIY a side panel fan? or just change the panel

Hello,
I have an Antec P180 case. Here you can take a peek:
http://www.antec.com/us/productDetails.php?ProdID=81802#

It's got 3 case fans, top, rear, and front (intake).
Everything is perfect about this case (quiet, dust filter..) except the amount of air going in.
All the air from the lower "front fan" really belongs to the power supply.
The rest of the system gets air from the holes @ the front.
Having the front door open makes 1-2 degree difference.
Having my side panel removed makes a 2-4 degree difference.

If I wanna change the side panel, so that it can have a side panel fan, how should I do it? i'd like with a dust filter.

Can I DIY one? if anyone knows how.. or is there something on the market for that?

My budget is just 20-40$. Well.. maybe 50$.. it's just a side panel with a fan.

So, i'd like to get some great opinions from you guys.
I have a Q6600 and 8800 GTS, .. it's hot. I got slot fans, and thermaltake V1 cpu fan, they are all nice. But I need cool air to go in, in the first place.

get a stronger intake fan and a stronger exhaust fan.

It's very hard to mod a P180B due to its triple layered panel design. Anyways, what are your temperatures? I also suggest that you get a front intake fan, it'll be alot easier than buying a new panel (which will make the computer louder) and trying to mount a side fan.

85CFM fan in the front and a 90+CFM in the back will make good use.

That's actually really good suggestion. I just never noticed whether there is space to do that. Is that what you did with yours?

fine, don't quote me and say I had a good idea....

EDIT: and I was the first replier :'(

oh hahaha, i'm sorry
too much going on at work.
i thought you meant just replacing my current useless exhaust fan as supposed to adding one at the upper front.

You have awesome idea and yet quick.
