I want to switch between windows on a Mac and I don't know how to do it. I can switch tabs by ctrl + tab but what if i want to switch windows?

P.S. if i am on the wrong forum, can someone link me to a forum about macs.

Pretty sure the only way to do that is by using one of the F keys...F9 I think. It doesn't switch between them is just shows you them all and then you click the window you want.

control key (^) and up arrow.

Then control key (^) and left/right arrow

Then to select control key (^) down

You can change this in System Preferences under Mission Control.

Also after control+up, if you move your mouse to the right upper corner you can create a new workspace and name it etc like you can do in linux.

Hope that helps.

Oh my bad you mean between windows of the same app..sorry I wrote about workspaces...for windows it's just command key + ` (the key to the left of 1).

Read the post to quick for my first response.
