How to download a streaming Vid on BBC Site??

How do i download a streaming video off the BBC website??
What FREE program can i use to download it to my pc?... and then il convert it over and burn it onto DVD.

Theres a download tab on the site but it only downloads to a certain program and doesn't get downloaded to my hard drive.

I need a program as soon as poss please people because the video gets removed from the website very soon!

You can try downloading the new real player 11 which comes in an option above the video played saying DOWNLOAD VIDEO

I think the whole point of it being a stream and only on there for a short period of time is so that you cant download it.
