How to download videos from website

How can you download a video from a website that does not contain a url to open in an external player and is only viewable on the website. The windows media player only plays it on the website and there is no web address to play the video in external player.

um realplayer um in firerox there are some addons try grease monkey then go to userscripts.org and see if you can find any

yeah... get realplayer10. It will give you the option to download when mouse over a video
