how to draw a red circle in a home made movie ???

Hello

I have a paranormal video clip that i wanna edit and mark where certain stuff happens by circling it but i cant find anything to do with it.. Does anyone use or can anyone suggest what to use to do this ? just so we are sure what i am on about lol i have a home made movie that i wanna draw on to mark certain things so when i show it to people they clearly see where the stuff happens.. can anyone help or tell me what to do.. thank you

Do you have video editing software? I believe most video editing software gives you the ability to do things like this.

i have tried a couple of free ones with no luck but i dont mind paying if i know it works..
a maturity of them just change contrast , brightness etc etc.. i need to be able to draw on it or play a circle on it but no idea how..

Well if I were in your situation I would try to contact someone from a company with reputable video editing software and define to them what you are trying to do. They will certainly be able to help you better than I can!
