How to duplicate part of main diplay to my second display

Ok so my question is if you can pick a certain part of your main display (for example a box in the lower left hand corner), which in this case is a 32 inch HDTV and duplicate it to your second display (17 inch flat screen). I want that box to be full screen on my 17 inch. Is there a program i can download to do this or is it not possible?

What is it that you need to duplicate? There may be another way around.
