How to enlarge photos on "My Pictures."

I took some digital photos and put them in My Pictures. I want to enlarge them. When I enlarge them using "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer," they return to the original size. I want to send a couple of photos to a website, but they look too small. How can I post them on the website so that the picture is enlarged?

Les, "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" is a viewer only, there are many freeware programs out their that will do this. Picasa from Google will resize and upload to a website and also comes with basic tuning and effect controls, it will also collect all your pictures and sort them into an orderly fashion (with a little help from you when setting the options)
