Also run ccleaner it will delete any temporary internet and system files which can add up quick if you haven't done it lately.
But if you are running out of space then it may be time to add a big storage drive, not sure what your current drive situation looks like.

Thanks. Is CCleaner safe? I have 5 more internal hard drives in the computer, but the problem is with C drive.
Yes its safe. We wouldn't recommend it if it wasn't.
Again Yes. Do you have Personal files stored on C drive? How big is it? Can you post a screenshot of disk management for us.
