hello,
I was wondering if most ram can go with most motherboards or is it only certain types can go with certain types. to dig deeper into this question i just bought a ASUS A8N SLI deluxe motherboard and i was wondering if the corsair (xms series) with the timings of 2-2-2-5 would work in that board, and if not are there any suggestions for ram out there that i could use. i want 512mb (x2) to dual channel and i would like for the latency to be 2-2-2-5. my budget would be like 250 to 300 if i have to go over 300 i will, but i dont want to. thanx
