High end games on that laptop? NO.... It can't be upgraded to play them either. You will need to buy a gaming laptop or build yourself a desktop pc that is better for gaming anyway.
That laptop is VERY old, there is nothing you can do to make it significantly better for games or video editing. 2GB is likely the most you can have for RAM, even if you could add more the cost for DDR2 RAM would not be worth it.
