Well, i have a simple Dell Optiplex GX50 but its all been modified. 256 ram, 40gig hdd, Pentium 4 and so on... But its been sluggish ever since i updated it, i have Nortan 05, Adaware SE, and Hijack this that i run ever 2 days, is there any tips you guys have to me to make my PC run at optimum level?

Well if it's XP then www.tweakxp.com although there isn't much more you can do but what Praetor said get more RAM, I hated and dreaded 256mb took ages to load a friggen level on say *Farcry *Painkiller

yeah but like my sig says i hate my computer its maxed out. It cant handle more ram, a better graphics card ext... But im not sure, my brother took it apart and said its all it can handle. John Vranesevich i dont know if you heard of him, he started Antionline.com maybe hes lieing to me
