How to get Windows 7 to allow all users?

Hello, all,

I have Windows 7 installed, I am the only person who uses this computer When it originally installed, it asked for a name. I supplied it (Dustman) and now everything I try to access (pictures, music, etc) it says denied, I cannot access Dustman's files.

I have to go to the start panel, and click on Dustman to access stuff. Next time, same thing. This is frustrating. How can I get it to work with "all users" so it will stop doing this?

Any ideas appreciated.

Are you logging in under the "Dustman" user you created?

Check the User Accounts control panel to make sure that your account is set up correctly and that you don't have other user accounts created.

might be UAC.

Alternatively, you may need to give all the accounts the "full control" in administrative services or something similar (i forget what it is but it allows you to change all users access settings, such as read/write control)
