How to I rip my Home Made DVD to my Hard Drive?

Does anybody know how I can copy my HOME MADE DVD on to my laptop. I have Roxio 7 software if that helps.

well if it was home made it should already most likely be in some sort of mpeg format, I do not think anything records DVDs in .vob format natively. I could be wrong.

There are plenty of applications out there though that will accomplish this.

1) DVD shrink

2) magic dvd

3) ISO Buster

4) Super DVD

Just do a google search for them you'll find what you are looking for.

As long as the File/Folder Structure is correct any of those will work for you.

Since it is a hame made DVD, there is not copy protection on it. You don't need any special software to copy it. A simple drag-and-drop copy in windows explorer is all that it needed.
