How to Import Bookmarks from Opera to IE7?

I've been using Opera now for along the lines of 4 months, and I've accumulated a heafty number of bookmarks. Now that IE7 has finally came into the "Tab"ing era it is worth using and for the most part loads a bit faster than the other browsers. I can't for the life of me figure out how to export my book marks from Opera to IE7. Any ideas?

P.S. I've managed to export the bookmarks from Opera but the file is invalid for IE7. Anyway to convert the file or get around this?
