how to increase browser font

Does anyone know how to make the letters bigger in internet explorer, or firefox without having to press control/+. My dad has bad eyes and cant read well, thanks.
 
what do you mean ?
to make em bigger you can also hold control and scroll up or down with the mouse...

go to TOOLS -> Options-->Contents, then change the size in default font...
THATS FOR FIREFOX
