How to Install Old Version of OS X in VM to run Flash 7 on 2020 MacBook Pro

I have a bunch of great (yet older) guitar lesson software that only runs on Flash 7. I have kept an old MacBook 1,1 sitting around just to run this software.

My question is, can I install an older version of Mac OS X on some sort of VM?

While I use Parallels, I am not opposed to using other software.

Easiest way to know is to try it. Which version specifically? When you say Flash 7 are you meaning like.... flash player version 7 or something?
