hi i was wondering how to install the raid drivers i have a cd that came with my motherboard with drivers but i do not know how to implement them so how do i install the drivers?

If it's before/during the install of windows, for some odd reason, you are only allowed to use drivers from a floppy disk. If you don't actually have the floppy disk, most manufacturers have a download for a driver disk...

go here and click on the taiwan location as the USA one doesn't work for some reason. http://www.chaintechusa.com/tw/eng/Download/dl_LI.asp?DISNo=416 This driver is if you are using xp 32 bit version if you are running the 64bit version then go here http://www.chaintechusa.com/tw/eng/Download/dl_LI.asp?DISNo=744 These files are zipped so you will need to extract them and then copy these files to a floppy disk and then use the disk at the f6 prompt when installing xp. Hope these help you.

Only copy the 7 files to the floppy don't copy the folder that has the files inside. let us know if this worked.
