how to install win7 64

hello , i need to install win7 x64 ,curently i have win7 ultimate 32bit. can someone show a usefull link to a video or something? i realy need ,so please help me

Boot to the dvd and choose to delete the existing partitions and then repartition if you want and then install. It's that simple.
