how to install win7 onto usb and boot win7 from that usb???

how to install win7 onto usb and boot win7 from that usb? is this possible? researched alot, closest i keep finding is installing win7 onto pc from usb.

i want win7 installed on usb so i can boot to usb (my win7) and bypasss win7 installed on hard drive on pc..

any thoughts?

we want to install and run os from usb, not put os on usb and use usb to install os on pc.

You'll have to do some searching, but some guy managed to do what you're asking using VM Ware and copying the image to the USB, though it was more complex than that.

When I get a 16 GB USB drive and buy VM Ware I should do it myself
