Okay, so I do not have a computer with me and must review some xvid clips for my powerpoint presentation. How do I force install xvid w/o administrator permission on the library computer?

um im not sure what you mean. if you want to watch xvid on windows media player, download the defiler pack. it also makes it so you can watch AVI formats.
