There's no way to just look at a computer and say whether its "good" or not...you need to know the parts that make it up, and how each component works with the others to work effectively.
Your best bet would probably just to post the computer specs here and have us look it over.

There are a number of products in every category of a computer that would work excellently, too many to list. Generally though, if you look around in each subforum, after a few posts you'll understand what is generally regarded as a good component. For example, you should go with a Core 2 Duo, etc.
We need to know what you plan to do... I mean do you want a gamming machine, or just some cheap machine for internet and typing? Do you wish to upgrade down the road? Is there some budget? Are you trying to find specs for local machines, or could you just get something built. Either at some place like Dell, HP, gateway, etc(BLAH) Or, someone here might be willing to make you a PC
