How to keep ur computer clean?

I have all the essentials. Anti-virus and spyware detection programs. But is there a program that will delete your unused files. Can you delete old updates? I noticed java takes alot of time to run through the virus check.

Start-All Programs-Accessories-System Tools- Disk Cleanup
and select the drive you want to cleanup

it can also help you compress the old files

well there is the option of mcafee antispyware or privacy service or some mcafee program, it also searches for unused or broken files aswell as unused or left over installation files, aswell as firewall and antivirus, nit ti mention tracker remover and all sorts of other usfull removal tools

Also RegScrubXP is pretty good, registry cleaner.
Defrag often and be sure to properly uninstall your programs/apps.
