Hi there.

I know i can use CPU-Z or some other Third party softwares to know about my hardware, but what if i have just installed the windows and drivers are not installed, how can i get to know about the make of my hardware components, onBoard or offBoard?

It's generally info you get before you reinstall, so you don't run into this issue.

You're on a computer right now right? Download CPU-Z and transfer it to your computer via USB drive or such.

CPU-Z will also show the unknown devices??

Not, but it will show what motherboard you have, thus allowing you to look up drivers for your onboard LAN/Ethernet so you can get it online and find the rest.

What computer do you have? If it's a prebuilt computer, most of the components will be integrated onto the board, so finding your motherboard model and drivers may be the key to fixing most of your issues.
