how to limit bandwidth to other wifi/lan users?

If the unit does not have bandwidth limiting capability (sometimes called QoS) in its firewall (if it even has a firewall), then there is nothing you can do from the router settings.

If you have a spare computer laying around, you could turn it into a full-featured firewall (with QoS capability) using any number of Linux-based firewall operating systems.

Otherwise, shop for a new router that has QoS.
