how to load programs in win 10

I have been trying to reload programs into win 10 but they refuse to load. these are all on CD's but my disk player just kicks them out without action.i Is this common or is something unusual about my machine?
 
Sounds like something is up with your cd drive or cd's. If they are scratched and can't be read the drive will kick them out. Or just possibly the drive is toast, they do go bad now and then.
