How to make a computer unable to download anything

hi guys my brother is really addicted to games so i would like to learn how to make a computer unable to download anything(and how to fix it,just in case) so that he wont be able to download his game when i reset the computer
Alternatively,a way to make the computer unable to go into windows would also be good(and how to fix it)

Not sure whether this is a wind up or not but just in cse it's a legit question. Password the computer and don't tell your brother what the password is.

it is a legit question but i cant do something like that which makes it obvious that i am the one purposely stopping him from playing or he will just force the password out of me,that is why i am looking for something like a virus that can be created easily via notepad or other forms

We don't really support sabotage.

This is also a technical solution for a personal problem. Why not address it from a human angle instead?
