how to make desktop icon text non-transparent

i know transparent desktop icon text has been the feature of new generation windows for a long time, but I hate it. It could be my personal problem, I always can't read the text comfortably, especially when I am using wallpapers with black as the main colour.

I hope to turn back the text to non transparent. But I hardly find anyone on google asking for this. I don't know how to do.

Would anyone help me? I am using win7
 
Well, let's put it this way. I did Google this for a bit yesterday, and you are not alone. A lot of people want this fixed, and it's a tossup whether it's a bug or it's by design.
