How to manage HDD's - can I choose which disk to boot off of ? how do I do that ?

I've got 2 Drives in my PC right now

1 500 GB SATA HDD - is Windows 7 Release Candidate about to expire Monday

2 250 GB IDE HDD - Just installed Win 7 in - temporarily

When I go to the boot menu - I don't get to select which drive to boot off of - just can choose HDD.

So, I go into The BIOS menu - and can see both the 250 GB drive - and the 500 GB drive - but they are both listed as master drives in the BIOS - and both listed as IDE drives ( even though one is connected via SATA )

I would like to choose which drive I want to boot off of while I move some files around - and clean up my drives - ultimately to end up with just the 500 GB HDD with Win 7 left on there and my removing the 250 GB drive back to the PC from which I removed it.

Is there a way I can go in and select which of the Drives I want to boot off of - so I can move files around and clean out one drive using the other disk - or am I stuck booting off the 250 GB temporary drive - as long as it's connected to my PC?

Appreciate any help in advance

Thanks

Thanks Cromewell.

I found it last night in the BIOS. Had to poke around in a few more sub-menus to get there.

Appreciate the post though.
