How to measure computer's internal temperature?

I don't know of any one built in windows.
All depends which device you want to check the temperature of, Coretemp as far as I know reads cpu temperatures of only AMD cpu's.

Try MSI afterburner, its free and it will read cpu and gpu tempertures.

There are others that read more, but they have slipped my mind right now, I will make an edit it I remember them.

There are also programs which will stress test your pc, so you can get a better idea of your components max temperatures.

Edit:

All free software

Reading temperatures:

Intel: Realtemp
AMD: Coretemp

Intel and AMD:

MSI Afterburner

GPU:

MSI Afterburner

Stress testing:

CPU:

Prime95
Cinabench
CPU-Z

GPU:

MSI Kombustor
Heaven
Furmark
3dmark

There are more, but I think these will suffice, I would recommend:

MSI Afterburner
Realtemp
Coretemp
Prime95
Cinebench
MSI Kombustor
Heaven

Just downloaded CoreTemp. It says Core #0 and Core #1. What are those exactly? Is the range of allowable temperatures really so slim? For Core #0, it's 36 - 43^C.

I wish it was in Fahrenheit, but oh well.

My Bro. owned one of these. http://www.frozencpu.com/cat/l3/g34...erature_Monitors-525_Temp_Monitors-Page1.html

But all those programs are just as good. Those five and a quarter bay sensor's are nice, but to me just another bell & whistle.

Just use one of these! Even better if you ask me and you get MOBO direct temps. https://www.amazon.com/Arctic-Star-AR550-Infrared-Thermometer/dp/B000MX5Y9C

Take it up a notch and become a king dork. https://www.amazon.com/Seek-Compact-Thermal-Imager-Android/dp/B00NYWAHHM

I own one and it's kool!

FYI. Might need one of these: https://www.amazon.com/YCS-Basics-R...9_4?ie=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=J8WQTQ97ZV13YKJ5RH6W

That's reversed.

If you have a bulky case: https://www.amazon.com/YCS-Basics-R...9_4?ie=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=J8WQTQ97ZV13YKJ5RH6W
