How to OC 3E to 3,8 Ghz?

my sistem
Asus P4P800 Deluxe (bios revisi 1019)
Pentium 4 3E
512 Corsair pc4000 v3.1
Enlight 420watt

i have max overclock it to 3,67 Ghz (fsb 245 and voltage dimm at 2,75)
how to overcloct to 3,8 ?

what timing n voltage shoud i change?

it depends also on the temp, if you dont have sufficient cooling, you wont be able to overclock past a certain amount, the highest i got on my 3.0 was to 3.4 using stock cooling and no upping the voltage.
 
you still have a decent oc there, you say that you have upped the vdimm to 2.75, have you upped the vcore. If not ... then try that.

Also try running your memory out of sync by setting up a divider
 
But when i oc to 3,6 my cpu temp : 62'c n mb temp : 49'c
why my mb temp is still high ..i think when i oc the processor ..only cpu temp is high.

can i know what cpu voltage ..when my cpu in 3,6Ghz ?
i still use 2,75 in my memory run at 240Mhz

i use corsair 1024 ddr pc4000 pro

If you didnt change the vcore it should be around 1.38v for the p4e. I just oced my p4e 3ghz to 3.8 but had to run my ram at 5/4 cuz of its crapiness.
