how to oc ddr2 800mhz ocz gold ram

got 4x1gb sticks witha 965g-ds3 rv1 mobo with rev9 bios

I tried to oc my ram only and i bumped it to 1.8v+.02 and the mhz from 400 to 444. Now the timings changed from 5-5-5-15 to 5-6-6-17.

So which is better or is there a way to make it better?

800mhz at 5-5-5-15 or 888mhz at 5-6-6-27?
