how to over clock??

I overclock using the Bios, and most laptops wont let you into the bios, but be careful when overclocking, you can ruin things if your not careful.

As far as I know, HP don't allow you to overclock their laptops, and I would not really recommend it anyway for the simple reason that most laptops are at their limit of heat dissipation as it is, and overclocking = heat.
That said, take a look at the sticky at the top of this section - Overclocking 101. It should give you some grounding on the principles involved, as well as reasons why you may not want to do it.
