How to overclock ram timing? 9-10-9-28

My current timing are 9-10-9-28

Have my ram at 1866 MHZ, Just need advice how i could crank the timing a slight bit for better performance

Altering the timings will not benefit you at all, this has been tested and proven. Not only you will never feel any difference in how your computer or applications work, but even synthetic tests like PCMark or SiSoft Sandra will not see the difference either. 1866 MHz is fast enough, but you could possibly up the MHz's but the difference will be negligible and you will unnecessarily put the strain on your RAM.
