How to permanently disable StickyKeys shortcut?

I have a game that uses standard WASD, but it requires you to hold down shift key to run. If I run for longer than 5 seconds my computer beeps and goes to my desktop saying StickyKeys has been turned on. This is irritating and I want to know if I can just disable StickyKeys all together or at least change the stupid shortcut?
