How to protect USB pendrive from unwanted files?

I got 2GB pendrive(transcend).
Whenever i need to print any document i go to internet shop to print.
And every time i com back any put my pendrive into my system i see virus in that.

This happened many times to me, even when i go to different shops.

How to lock or block all these files from entering in to my pendrive.

Is there any software to install into the pendrive?
Any idea?

Make sure your anti virus scans your USB each day, i know AVG does for my USB + external hard drive.

Create an encrypted disk image on your pen drive, this will force anything that wants to write the drive to authenticate. Just DO NOT forget your password as then your data will not be accessible.

Assuming you are running windows you must buy a third party product, check out this google search
