How to put Mac OS on a PC

I've heard if I was to put a Linux OS on my PC, I could then install a Mac OS on my PC.

I was told that the only thing that was different in a Mac until a couple a years ago was the processor, the Mac used an IBM chip but now they use the same ones as PC's do.

Could someone please tell me step by step what I need to do to put a Max OS on my PC.
