How to reformat pc?

i own here a sattelite toshiba. well actually we dont have any internet subscription so i just get my connection to our neighboors. i was just hacking their router sry for this we are just poor. then one day my laptop goes something i didnt know. there everytime i try to connect theres always an error with. cannot identify ip adress,reset ip adress, automatically get new ip adress, i dont know


i would like to reformat it without having any disc can someone help me?


i reformat it ones. when it upgrade it to windows vista sp2 there was an error occur so i choose advance system restore. i got all the settings back but not my photos and everything. now i want to do what i do last time but i dont know help me plss...

Have you tried your neighbour, perhaps he has a disc you could steal or borrow?

Actually what the other 2 posters are telling you is that its illegal to hack someone's wireless signal. You need to have your own internet service and if you don't have a cd to reinstall your operating system then you need to contact your laptop manufacturer and get some restore cd's.
 
SRY TO ALL OF YOU !! I WAS SO DESPERATE WE ARE JUST POOR FAMILY PLSS TELL ME HOW TO REPAIR MY IP ADDRESS . . . on the config tray i always click repair or reset ip address but i just can connect
 
It might be something wrong with your HDD or Registry... Check you Hard Drive with a free program called HDTune. Do two tests; Benchmark and Error Scan. After they both finish, could you please save your tests in *.jpg format and put them on image hosting website - for example www.imageshack.us

For your registry try repairing it with CCleaner or Registry Mechanic.


You can't repair your IP address. It'd be like you wanted to "fix" your home address from something bad to something much, much better.

sounds to me like they found you out and blocked your machine from their network.

when you reformat your machine, it will wipe everything off the hdd, you can use your backups to restore your pictures and stuff :)
