How To Remove A 478 Fan From The Mobo

hvae an old computer from the street, CPU was burnt from ocing, need to remove the fan, cept i dunno how to do it... not like those slot 1/2 socket 7 socket 3 or those older ones (im experienced with older comps. cause thats what i use all the time). please help! its a SPIRE cooling fan. they guy said he oc'd it to around 3 GHz, no thermal compound, no fans, stock stuff... and it just died.
 
there are levers on the top of the fan that you move 180*, by lifting it up vertically then pushing it down on the opposite site. Then you need to remove the clips from one side by using your fingers and taking it out of the heatsink mount on the motherboard.
