How to remove skype?

I keep getting a pop-up window to connect to skype. I have never nor will I ever use it and want it completely removed from my lap top. I went into to the apps in set up and there isn't any skype listed. Could it be under another name?
 
It would be in control panel under programs and features. You uninstall it from there. If its not listed in there then something is up.
 
It's not there, but I shut the computer down last night and it hasn't popped up yet this morning. I'm going to do a deep virus scan to see if it finds anything
