How to repartition a drive

I have a 320GB laptop drive that has 4 partitions: OEM recovery, system reserved, and 2 other regular partitions. I want to make it so its all one big 320GB partition. Any help?

I don't think that you can delete the system reserved.

And what OS are you on?
