How to revamp my e-mails

Can somebody tell me how to put an avatar and signature on my e-mail pages, so I don't have to keep copying and posting.

What do you use for email?

Windows Live Mail, although I am running Windows 8.
After seeing the e-mail that came with my new computer, I decided to download the same as I had on my old Windows 7.

I don't use Windows Live Mail, so I can't help you. However I guess I can help you and do a two second Google search
